Kimberly Hill has been licensed to practice law in Florida since 1989 and has dedicated her entire career to handling workers’ compensation cases at the trial and appellate levels. While she previously represented insurance companies, she has handled workers’ compensation litigated cases and appellate proceedings exclusively on behalf of injured workers since 2008. Kimberly is Florida Bar Board Certified in both Workers’ Compensation Law and Appellate Practice, recognizing that she is a specialist in her practice areas. She has substantial experience and demonstrates specialized knowledge, skills, and proficiency. In addition, she exhibits professionalism and ethics in the practice of law. Kimberly has vast litigation experience at both the trial and appellate levels and has developed the law through appellate decisions favoring injured workers. Kimberly has written amicus briefs in several high-profile cases and landmark decisions in both the First District Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Florida.
