Mr. Schweiger is licensed to practice law in Florida, and he is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator. He represented employers and insurance companies for twenty-four years and has now been representing injured workers since 2022, where he now focuses his practice on representing injured workers.

EXPERIENCE:

• Practiced exclusively in Workers’ Compensation law since 1999.

• Representing only injured workers since 2022.

• Has extensive knowledge and experience in representing the Employer/Carrier’s which gives him insight and knowledge as to how the Employer/Carrier operates.

• Board of Directors for Florida Workers Advocates.

• Member of Palm Beach County Bar and Broward County Bar Associations. 

• Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator
