    Krystal was born and raised in Southern California. After serving in the U.S. Navy for four years, she continued her education and received her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice in 2010. She then relocated to South Florida and has been working as a paralegal with the Law Offices of Franks, Koenig & Neuwelt since 2011.

    She is passionate about helping injured workers obtain the benefits they are entitled to as a result of their work-related accidents.

    In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two beautiful daughters.
