Transportation services are part of workers’ compensation and are to be available to injured workers who are unable to drive due to their injuries or for those whom have no means of transportation. This is a free service for injured workers and must be provided and paid for by the workers’ compensation insurance company. The transportation vendors are required to maintain insurance and any accidents that occur while you are in a vehicle provided by workers’ compensation will be covered by the workers’ compensation insurance company.

These services include transportation to and from all medical appointments, diagnostic studies (x-rays, MRI’s, EMG’s, Ultrasounds, etc.), physical therapy, pharmacies and any other medically related events.
